Pediatric Associates of Richmond is a large pediatric practice serving Richmond and surrounding areas with our three convenient locations. Our goal is to ensure the wellness and continual development of our patients from birth through age 18.
Currently looking for a Clinical Medical Assistant with previous experience in the primary care setting to join our clinical team. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is energetic, upbeat and kid-friendly. This Clinical Medical Assistant will be centrally located at one of our three offices, with the potential to float to a second location as staffing needs arise.

Three Chopt: 7240 Patterson Ave, Suite 100, Richmond, VA 23229
Short Pump: 4300 Pouncy Tract Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060
Bell Creek: 8485 Bell Creek Rd, Suite B3, Mechanicsville, VA 23116
Clinical Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients
- Obtaining vitals
- Basic lab tests (strep, flu, COVID, urine, hematocrit, lead)
- Administering vaccines
- Administering medication
- Assisting providers with procedures
Clinical Medical Assistant Requirements:
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience
- Current CPR
- All others need not apply
Medical Assistant Preferred Qualifications:
- Pediatric experience
- Current certification or willing to test within 1 year of hire
